How to transfer a customer registration from one project to another project.
On behalf of the Customer, you can create the new registration by manually copying all the details from the existing project to the required project. To help, open two separate browsers (right click on a project, then choose open in new window) and then copy and paste the registrants information across. 

To enter the new financials, manually add/record the payment by going to "Enter a Payment/Refund/Credit". Choose the Transaction Type and enter the amount (same as the payment made in the old registration). Then add to the financial record.

Cancel the old registration by going to the Registration ID. Go to Cancel Options. Then go to "Enter a Payment/Refund/Credit" to manually refund the payment and to balance the records.
