If the event has an ‘Open’ status in the event dashboard and it has merely been closed due to the “End Sales” date being reached. That date needs to be changed. If the status of the event is set to ‘Closed’ in the ‘Dashboard’ this will also need to be changed to ‘Open’.
The registration type in Step 2 can also have an availability date. If click on the ‘edit’ link next to the reg type, then on the more link in the box which loads, the dates can be changed to keep the reg type available or make it unavailable.
