Problems formatting the text on the home page email messages?

When copying text from a source document such as Microsoft Word, a web page,  a PDF document or something similar, the editor inside of My Booking Manager tries its best to keep the original format. The best way is to copy the text from your source document and then paste into a text editor like Notepad. After this, copy it from Notepad and paste it into the editor inside the My Booking Manager Console.
