Do I need a Terms & Conditions for my registrations?
It is strongly recommended you establish a terms and conditions for your events so people booking are aware of your policy on such things as refunds. Normally the T&C's are hosted on your web site, or if required you can include them on the registration page. You could also upload a T&C file in My Booking Manager and link to that file on your registration page. (See FAQ Topic 24)
In particular, if you were applying to a Bank for a credit card merchant account, they would require to see your Payment Terms and conditions displayed on your web site.
