I have received a registration with no payment and an outstanding balance
A registration with no payment can occur, particularly when a new project event is setup, where the credit card payment method is not defined before a user registers.

When the user registers, the registration is automatically set to Active status as is normal when no online payment method is used. The confirmation will indicate, no payment method was selected (as none was offered). 

In such cases it is suggested to change the registration to Hold status and email the registrant explaining to return to login to complete payment. (Please refer FAQ Topic 25: http://support.mybookingmanager.com/kb/faq.php?id=25).
