I forgot to set the Reminder. How do I send a Reminder now?
Reminders are scheduled to be sent in the early hours of morning but you can manually send it now.
If you forgot to schedule a reminder, in Setup, set the reminder to be sent and set it to for example 2 days. Then go to Manage/ Admin Tasks / Email Registrations and edit the reminder to be sent now. If you exit and go back into Email Registrations you will find it as sent and can view all the emails it was sent to. Check that a copy of the reminder is not left Scheduled. If so, delete it.
